Healthcare Trainer

Position:

• Phlebotomist
• Frontline Health Caregiver Associate
• Medical Record Assistant
• Medical Equipment Assistant
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Assistant
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions as per NSQF-aligned Qualification Packs (QPs) and National Occupational Standards (NOS).
• Deliver job rolespecific modules.
• Demonstrate hands-on skills using equipment, mannequins, and simulation methods.
• Maintain discipline, class engagement, and a learner-centric environment.

B. Training Management

• Prepare lesson plans, session plans, training schedules, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure training delivery meets project quality standards and assessment readiness.
• Conduct internal assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain training records, attendance records, and candidate performance reports.

C. Trainee Support

• Provide counselling, motivation, and guidance to trainees.
• Support trainees in developing soft skills, communication, and workplace readiness.
• Assist in placement coordination and prepare candidates for job interviews.

D. Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain records and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with monitoring teams, third-party assessors, and project auditors.
• Submit MIS data, reports, and documentation on time.
  

Educational Qualification

(Any of the below based on job role and project norms)

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Emergency Care, or related fields.
• GNM / B.Sc/M.Sc. with relevant experience.
• Diploma/ B.Sc in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) / Trauma Care / Medical Records / Medical Equipment Technology.

Experience

• Minimum

  3-12 years

  of experience in healthcare services, hospitals, diagnostics, or emergency care.
• Experience in training or teaching (With strong industry expertise may be considered).
• Hands-on experience in phlebotomy, patient care, emergency response, medical records, or medical equipment handling will be an added advantage.
