Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter USA Staffing Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or HR-related fields); MBA in HR is a plus Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for U.S. Healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Therapists, Care Managers, and Clinical Operations Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (U.S. EST/CST overlap) Preferred Gender: Open to all Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing U.S. clinical staffing division.
