As a Healthcare Receptionist cum Billing Specialist at our company in Kozhikode, you will play a crucial role in managing the reception desk efficiently and handling billing processes within a healthcare setting. Your strong background in call center experience will enable you to provide exceptional patient interactions and ensure high-quality customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Reception Desk Management:** - Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression. - Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to patients and inquiries. - Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to ensure a comfortable environment for patients. - **Billing Expertise:** - Utilize your expertise in billing processes to handle billing tasks accurately and efficiently. - **Call Center Experience:** - Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously using your call center experience. - Address patient inquiries, provide service information, and assist with appointment scheduling. - Maintain a high standard of customer service in all phone interactions. - **Administrative Support:** - Assist with administrative tasks such as patient data entry and maintaining electronic health records. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication. - **Patient Relations:** - Develop positive relationships with patients by demonstrating empathy and effective communication. - Address patient complaints or concerns diplomatically and in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary. **Qualifications:** - B Com Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Proven experience as a Healthcare Receptionist with expertise in managing a busy reception desk. - Call center experience with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. - Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record systems. - Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Problem-solving skills to address billing discrepancies and patient inquiries. - Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team-oriented environment. In addition to the above responsibilities, the job is full-time and requires the ability to commute or relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala before starting work. Preferred experience includes 1 year in Microsoft Office, 1 year as a Front Desk Receptionist, and 1 year of total work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
