Job Description Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Hospital Location: Faizabad (Ayodhya), Uttar Pradesh Reporting to: Managing Director (MD) Direct Reports: Senior Management Team / Department Heads Budget: 45-50 LPA About the Organization Our client company, is a 150-bed Multi & Super-specialty healthcare facility, it is a 50 Cr project under a Public Charitable Trust. It is also promoted by a reputed Business Group, with a legacy in sugar manufacturing, distillery products, electricity generation, and sugar trading, the group now extends its vision into healthcare, aiming to provide affordable and accessible quality healthcare to the community. Role Overview The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the primary executive leader responsible for the overall administration, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Hospital. The CEO will ensure high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and long-term growth while fostering innovation, staff development, and community trust. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute long-term strategies for hospital growth, sustainability, and excellence. Define and monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and performance outcomes. 2. Financial Management Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation. Ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. 3. Operations & Compliance Lead daily operations ensuring high service delivery standards. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory guidelines, and accreditation norms. 4. People & Culture Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team and workforce. Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and employee engagement. 5. Patient Care & Safety Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in clinical quality and hospital services. 6. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the hospital with external stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare networks. Strengthen partnerships with community organizations to enhance trust and visibility. 7. Risk & Quality Management Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Implement effective quality assurance programs and governance frameworks. 8. Innovation & Transformation Encourage adoption of emerging technologies, digital solutions, and best practices in healthcare delivery. Lead initiatives in hospital expansion, modernization, and service diversification. Qualifications & Experience Education: MBBS/MD, MBA (Healthcare Management), or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in multi-specialty hospitals, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CEO role. Proven track record in hospital administration, financial management, patient care, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, risk management, and quality standards. Skills & Attributes Strategic and visionary leadership. Strong business acumen with P&L management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
