Job Description Business Development Manager (Pharma & Digital Health Tech) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 12+ Years About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Digital Health Tech sectors . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new clients, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in IT Staffing and Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work with Pharma GCCs, Life Sciences organizations, Biotech firms, and Digital Health players across Hyderabad and beyond, helping them solve talent and technology challenges. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Drive new business by targeting Pharma GCCs, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Digital Health Tech organizations . Business Growth: Build a strong pipeline, identify opportunities, and convert them into long-term revenue. Solution Selling: Staffing Services (Contract, C2H, and Permanent) , Consulting, and Managed Services tailored to Pharma & Health Tech clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain CXO-level relationships, ensuring trust, retention, and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and talent needs in Pharma & Health Tech to stay ahead of the curve. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely, quality staffing solutions for clients. Negotiation & Closure: Lead end-to-end client discussions, proposals, commercials, and contract finalization. Industry Presence: Represent the organization at Pharma & Digital Health conferences, networking events, and business forums . Ideal Candidate Profile 12+ years of Business Development / Sales experience with a focus on Pharma, Life Sciences, or Digital Health Tech . Strong understanding of Pharma GCCs, Biotech, CROs, Clinical Research, and Healthcare IT ecosystems . Proven success in acquiring large enterprise clients and scaling accounts . Established network in Hyderabads Pharma & Digital Health Tech hub (Genome Valley, Pharma City, GCC clusters). Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of staff augmentation and digital transformation hiring trends . Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance business development team .
