Responsibilities
• Accurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Insurance Verification transactions in the clients revenue cycle system• Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time• Comply with information security policies• Ability to understand the impact on customers upstream and downstream processes• Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered• Always Demonstrate ethical behavior
Desired Skills/Traits
• Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Insurance Verificationor Charge Entry• Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts• Good communication and analytical skills
