To succeed in this position, you should possess at least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on healthcare, digital health, or public health. Your leadership capabilities are crucial, as you will be managing a portfolio of products while guiding and developing a team of product managers. A genuine passion for public health, a commitment to solving systemic health challenges, and a data-driven mindset are essential qualities for this role. Your success in this role will be further supported by your proficiency in product management, public health expertise, and technical and analytical skills. Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, along with experience in health technology systems like EHRs and HIEs, will be beneficial for excelling in this position.
