We’re Hiring – Insurance Consultant | Ziraya | Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Yes, you read that right – Consultant here truly means consulting, not cold-calling 500 random people a day.

Location: Gurgaon – Work from Office
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Speak with just 4–5 new customers daily on video (no spamming).
• Help them understand health insurance and guide them toward the right plan – unbiased and consultative.
• Support customers end-to-end – even during claims (when they need you most).
• Be the trusted advisor customers turn to for clarity, not confusion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills (fluent English required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance (mandatory).
• Strong product knowledge in Health Insurance.
• Maximum 3–4 years of overall experience.

What We Don’t Tolerate:

• Mis-selling
• Over-promising
• Treating insurance like just another sales target
