As a General Insurance Division Back-End Executive at RFS, you will be responsible for the following: - End-To-End Policy Handling: - Handling RFQs, Obtaining Quotes, and Issuing Policies - Claims & Renewals: - Processing Settlements, Renewals, and Top-Ups smoothly - Client Support: - Addressing Queries orally and via email, providing top-notch service - Data & Documentation: - Efficiently maintaining records using Excel & Word We are looking for candidates who have: - 1-2 years of experience in Health Insurance and knowledge about general insurance - Strong command over MS Excel & Word - Excellent communication & drafting skills If you join RFS at Nariman Point, Mumbai, you will be part of a boutique financial services company engaged in investments and insurance.,
