Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time job for a Health Insurance Advisor based in Chalakkudy. The Health Insurance Advisor will engage with potential clients to provide comprehensive health insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include identifying customer requirements through consultations, educating clients about insurance policies and benefits, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves collaborating with team members, participating in training programs to remain updated on health insurance trends, and promoting health and wellness solutions to prospects and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and fostering positive relationships.
• Health Promotion, and Wellness to provide informed and accurate guidance regarding insurance and health benefits.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, health policies, and relevant regulatory guidelines is advantageous.
• Xth or above qualification is required.
