Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Health Insurance Advisor B2C, located in Visakhapatnam, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Health Insurance Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on suitable health insurance plans, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting health promotion and wellness activities. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, explaining insurance products, processing applications, and conducting training sessions as needed.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and conducting Health Promotion activities
• Knowledge of Wellness programs and initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
