Job description Role & responsibilities Drive sales and achieve store targets. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints. Make quick and effective decisions when dealing with customer issues or complaints. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Use sales trend data to predict future demand for products, helping to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement promotions and marketing strategies to boost sales. Inventory Management and records maintenance; inventory analysis for informed business decisions Ensure smooth daily store operations. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Monitor and manage cash, store expenses and budgets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Provide insights and recommendations for improving store performance. Maintain MIS and metrices as per the business requirement. Lead, develop and engage staff to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Design social media creatives , banners , emailers , and website visuals . Assist in developing campaign assets (print + digital) for seasonal and loyalty campaigns. Collaborate on in-store branding and promotional materials (standees, shelf talkers, QR posters). Support UI/UX team with basic wireframes , icons , or mobile app assets (if skilled). Translate briefs into clean, brand-aligned design concepts quickly and effectively. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, youthful ideas. Who You Are: A design student or recent graduate from Visual Communication , Fine Arts , or Design School . Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). A keen eye for detail, typography, and color. A portfolio that showcases creativity, design thinking, and execution range. Enthusiastic about the beauty, wellness, and retail industry . Open to feedback, collaborative, and a quick learner.
