Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dietitian with a strong focus on sales (60% sales, 40% nutrition consulting) to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will actively engage in sales activities to promote our products and services while also providing nutritional counseling and developing personalized diet plans. This role demands a strong understanding of nutrition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive sales-oriented approach. Your responsibilities will include actively engaging in sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach to drive revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, promoting and upselling our nutritional products and services to meet and exceed sales targets will be crucial. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional strategies is also part of the role. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system. In terms of nutrition consulting and client support, you will conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans based on clients" health goals, dietary needs, and medical conditions. Providing ongoing nutritional counseling and support to help clients achieve and maintain their desired health outcomes will be key. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and wellness trends is important. Participation in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge is also expected. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical or wellness setting, is required. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and results-driven is important. Having a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
