Punsatva is a fast-growing Ayurvedic and holistic wellness brand focused on men’s health, vitality, and overall well-being. We aim to spread authentic knowledge of Ayurveda and natural healing in a way that today’s youth can easily understand and connect with.

Now, we’re looking for passionate and creative interns who want to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful content that makes a difference in people’s lives.

• Create simple, engaging, and educational content around Ayurveda, men’s health, and natural healing.
• Assist in writing blogs, captions, and wellness tips.
• Support in making reels, posts, and campaign ideas for Instagram and other platforms.
• Share fresh and youthful ideas to connect with our audience.
• Help in building an online community by interacting with followers and answering queries.

• A college student or fresher who is interested in health, wellness, or Ayurveda.
• Strong interest in content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with basic communication and research skills.
• Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Most importantly → a genuine interest in helping people live healthier lives naturally.
