Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Advisor located in Mumbai. The Health Advisor will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with insurance policy queries, and promoting health and wellness initiatives. The role includes training customers on health insurance plans and offering health promotion and wellness activities. The Health Advisor will also provide timely assistance during emergencies and handle claims consulting and settlement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Health Promotion and Wellness initiatives
• Training skills related to health insurance plans
• Ability to provide excellent customer support and timely assistance
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Insurance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
