Head/Senior Manager - Quality Assurance and Customer Service

You will oversee and manage the customer service team, ensuring that their performance aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry. A graduation in a relevant field from a reputed institution is required.
