We are seeking an experienced Headmistress, Principal / Center Head who can build our preschool from the ground up and lead it independently. The ideal candidate will not only set up the entire school but also help in hiring teachers, managing staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the complete preschool setup (infrastructure, curriculum, systems, and processes).
• Assist in hiring and building a qualified team of teachers and staff.
• Handle school operations, administration, and overall management independently.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Manage parent communication, admissions, and school promotions effectively.
• Integrate local and Indian festivals, traditions, and daily cultural practices into the preschool routine to help children learn basic cultural values.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in preschool/early education.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to set up and run a preschool or similar institution independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• In-depth knowledge of Indian culture, festivals, and rituals to ensure holistic cultural development of children.
