Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the school's operations and academic programs Develop and implement educational policies and procedures Lead and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the school's mission and values Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards Requirements Previous experience in education administration or related field Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others Experience in higher education teaching or university settings is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
