Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing global category strategies for indirect procurement. This includes leading supplier governance programs, end-to-end sourcing activities, and driving cost reduction and process optimization targets for indirect spend. You will also be required to drive alignment on demand planning, budgeting, and long-term category roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Lead supplier governance programs, including risk assessments, SLA/KPI monitoring, and vendor rationalization. - Lead end-to-end sourcing activities such as RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier negotiations, contracting, and onboarding. - Establish cost reduction, value creation, and process optimization targets for indirect spend. - Drive alignment on demand planning, budgeting, and long-term category roadmaps. - Leverage procurement technology and digital tools (ERP/SRM/e-Sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency.
