Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Take food and drink orders and serve them correctly. Set up and clean tables, maintain dining area. Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Handle bills and payments using POS. Follow hotel hygiene and service standards. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic F&B knowledge; training preferred. Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment. Professional appearance; team player.
