• Subject matter expert in equities & fixed Income products.
• Subject matter expert in securities settlement operations.
• Subject matter expert in Broadridge GPTM solution
• Experience in Large scale Migrations Projects - from legacy / some other systems into GPTM
• Deep understanding of IT solutions that support settlement operations and processing.
• Proven results on transformation of settlement operations to achieve better STP, improved efficiency, better client experience, etc.
• Driven or been actively involved in technology transformation on settlement operations e.g. roll out of new IT solution, modernization of existing solution, etc.
• Change management of operations and operations teams on the back of large-scale transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management i.e. internal business and external clients.
