Head- Sauce Manufacturing

The Factory Head role based in Isambe, MIDC Patalganga, Navi Mumbai requires you to have experience in the sauce manufacturing industry. As the Factory Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sauce manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety compliance, and timely delivery of products. You will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sauce manufacturing plant, oversee the production schedule, and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment involved in sauce production. Monitoring production KPIs, identifying process improvements, and cost-saving measures will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of the sauce manufacturing process, you will oversee the entire production unit, supervise the use of advanced sauce production machinery, and implement best practices for maintaining consistency and quality. You will coordinate the various stages of sauce production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and health/safety regulations. Team leadership and development are crucial aspects of this role. You will lead, mentor, and manage the factory staff, foster a positive working environment, conduct training, and performance evaluations. Developing staffing plans based on production needs will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality control regulations is essential. You will implement quality control processes, lead factory audits, and oversee maintenance of machinery. Managing procurement of raw materials, inventory levels, and supply chain coordination are also key responsibilities. Staying updated with industry trends, introducing new techniques and equipment for product improvement, and managing the factory's budget and production costs effectively are vital aspects of this role.
