Head - SAP Operations (S/4HANA)

As the Head of SAP Operations (S/4HANA), your role will involve defining and executing the SAP strategy and roadmap. You will be responsible for leading S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and module rollouts. Additionally, you will oversee multi-module SAP operations including FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, WM, and QM. Your focus will be on standardizing processes and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will also be managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders across CXO, business, and operational levels. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute SAP strategy & roadmap. - Lead S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and module rollouts. - Oversee multi-module SAP operations: FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, WM, QM. - Standardize processes & ensure compliance with best practices. - Manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders across CXO, business, and operational levels. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of SAP experience with multi-module leadership. - Strong expertise in at least 2-3 core modules such as FICO, PP, MM, SD, WM. - Experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics/discrete preferred). - Proven track record of SAP implementations & S/4HANA transformations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
