Head Safety Officer ( Mandatory Requirement: Advance Diploma in Safety from either of the mentioned institutes: RLI Kanpur, RLI Kolkata, CLI Mumbai ) Location : Punjab Interested candidates can email resume at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Mandatory Requirement: Advance Diploma in Safety from either of the mentioned institutes: RLI Kanpur, RLI Kolkata, CLI Mumbai Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent. Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations in India, including those specific to the Paper industry. Skills and Competencies In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for hazard identification and risk assessment. Excellent communication and training skills to effectively convey safety information. Ability to conduct thorough incident investigations and provide actionable recommendations. Proficient in developing and implementing safety programs and policies. Knowledge of emergency response planning and execution. Attention to detail and a commitment to promoting a safety- conscious culture. Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities
