Position: Officer / Sr. Officer Mechanical Maintenance ( Plant ) Industry : Paint / Chemicals Location : Punjab Reporting to : Manager-Engineering Job Purpose Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Production Machinery and utility. Responsible for smooth operation of Utility Plant and Production machines Ensure EHS/ ISO guidelines / SOP/ EnMS etc standards Ensure Trainings On Job / HR / EHS / ISO / EnMS etc Experience: Min 5 yrs in Medium/ Large scale manufacturing / Paint / Chemical Industry in Maintenance function. Knowledge of TPM / SAP is desirable. Qualification: Graduate in Mech / BE or equivalent discipline. In the case of Diploma, Experience should be more than 7 years. Interested candidates can email resume at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com Responsibilities Lead the team of Technicians to provide engineering & utilities support to the plant so as to achieve the production targets including corrective and preventive schedules Completing all assigned Jobs as per schedule. Maintaining Good House Keeping & Safety in Department. Checking of All Log Books & Taking action on abnormalities. Checking of all parameters of Utilities & taking actions on abnormal parameters. Ensure all operational activities of Utility equipments are being performed. Update all records physical as well as SAP Ensure availability of spares at site. Assist Section Head / HOD in Analyzing Break Downs and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with standards like ISO QMS, EMS, Safety standards and follow the same and ensure implementation and adherences Manpower handling, Ensure discipline and handle day to day issues of manpower and ensure daily output Ensure CANDO and good housekeeping habits, ensure Kaizens and other improvements Verification of Contractor Job on Daily basis (if any) and ensure output Maintain the Engineering Stores in a proper manner ensure good stock keeping practices Provide trainings to the team and adhere to TNI , Training calendar as communicated time to time Monitoring & maintaining all documents, equipment, discipline, house keeping and safety of the department, Energy. Recording and maintaining all documents, related equipment check sheets & maintaining housekeeping of the shop floor, safety , environment , Health as per company policy, various standards ISO QMS, Safety Standards , EMS standards, Energy Management standards and as per other legal compliance Put best efforts to develop the second line
