Head of the Department

Position Title : Head of Department – Jewellery Retail

Job Summary : The HOD – Jewellery Retail oversees multiple stores, guiding Store Managers to consistently meet organizational goals in sales, profitability, customer experience, inventory control, and compliance. You act as the strategic and operational leader across your cluster, driving alignment between corporate objectives and in‑store execution.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA or specialization in luxury retail preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 3–5 years managing Store Managers or multiple outlets, ideally within jewellery or luxury goods.
• Strong leadership track record managing teams across locations.

Job Location : Dhanbad
