Role Overview: You will lead an engineering operation that encompasses a wide range of consumer banking products and initiatives. Your main focus will be to manage the relationship and partnership with consumer banking business leaders to deliver a full IT services and support model. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing technology resources aligned to support the business and partnering with support services throughout the enterprise. Your role will involve attracting, nurturing, and building top engineering talent to build and maintain an incredible and productive team. You will also drive the design and engineering of business platforms in conjunction with all stakeholders to support delivery of the strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop a technology roadmap for the business that aligns with both business and technology strategy.
