Head of Supply Chain & Operations

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain and Operations professional, you will be taking on a leadership role in a cross-functional capacity to align demand forecasting with production operations. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement a robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and overall supply chain efficiency. This will involve collaborating with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, leading monthly S&OP meetings, analyzing key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust S&OP process for accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling. - Own and implement the ERP system and SOP's. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and customer demand insights. - Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and financial projections. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. - Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure timely product delivery and manage inventory levels. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the SOP process. - Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the S&OP cycle. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of best practices in S&OP processes, demand planning methodologies, and inventory management techniques. - Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. - Proficiency in using S&OP software systems or advanced Excel skills for data analysis. - Preferable: Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python.,
