Head of Strategic Initiatives

As an integral part of ElectricPe, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO to drive high-priority projects and initiatives aimed at growing our business and exploring new revenue streams. Your role will involve leading special projects and programs, including strategic initiatives that significantly impact the success of the company and team culture initiatives to foster a healthy organization. This will require collaboration across different functions and partnerships beyond individual groups. Your ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create playbooks across various verticals will be crucial in driving both growth and process efficiencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading key functions within the organization in the absence of a strategic leader or during transition periods. Building and managing a team of growth managers will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college such as IIT/NIT or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6+ years of work experience, preferably in a startup environment. You should possess a high level of business acumen, a passion for problem-solving, and a comfort with ambiguity, coupled with a strong bias for action. Superior analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills will be essential for success in this role.
