Head of Sales - Educational Textbooks

As the Head of Sales for the textbook and educational materials division, your role will involve leading the team to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in schools across the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive B2B sales strategies, targeting schools to achieve revenue growth through new acquisitions and expansions. Building and nurturing direct relationships with school leaders, principals, and vice principals will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation with school administrators and decision-makers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing B2B sales strategies targeting schools - Driving revenue growth through new school acquisition and expansion - Establishing and maintaining direct relationships with school leaders, principals, and vice principals - Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation with school administrators and decision-makers To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in educational publishing or K-12 textbook sales - Proven track record of working for major textbook publication companies and driving successful sales initiatives - Demonstrated success in establishing direct, lasting relationships with school leaders and principals - Proven experience in successfully onboarding 50+ schools - Strong existing network of relationships with school administrators will be considered a plus,
