Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Control - Machineshop at Impel Ferrocast's facility in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day quality control operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and managing the quality assurance processes for castings and subassemblies. The Head of Quality Control will work closely with the production team to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
• Experience in Quality Management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of PPAP processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in a machining environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
