Head of Product Management

As the Head of Product - Core Banking at a top-tier software product company serving global financial institutions, you will be responsible for driving product requirements, roadmap planning, and release strategy. You will act as the primary subject matter expert in Core Banking, conceptualize and build products for large financial institutions, define epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams, collaborate with QA for high-quality releases, track market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will lead the creation of product documents such as user guides, training material, demos, and FAQs. You will also support UAT and End-User Training while mentoring and guiding junior Product Managers/Business Analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product requirements, roadmap planning, and release strategy - Act as the primary Core Banking subject matter expert - Conceptualize & build products for large financial institutions - Define epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams - Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases - Track market trends, regulatory changes & competitive landscape - Lead creation of product documents: user guides, training material, demos, FAQs - Support UAT & End-User Training - Mentor and guide junior Product Managers/Business Analysts Qualifications Required: - 18-23 years of Product Management/Business Analysis experience in top-tier software companies - Deep experience building or implementing Core Banking Systems - Strong understanding of banking front, middle & back-office processes - Proven ownership of product roadmap, stories, releases & market research - Customer-centric mindset with strong design thinking principles - Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC (inbound + outbound PM) - Excellent documentation, analytical & stakeholder management skills If you meet the qualifications and have the required experience, please send your CV to gautam@mounttalent.com.,
