This is a leadership role requiring hands-on product management expertise, cross-functional team leadership, and deep domain understanding. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of building scalable products, managing global stakeholders, and delivering customer-centric innovations across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals across e-commerce and supply chain verticals. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team across global locations. Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from concept, requirements, MVP definition, launch to scale. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric products. Interface directly with global clients , gather feedback, and translate market needs into product features. Prioritize product features and backlog based on impact, effort, and market demand. Monitor key product metrics and leverage data to drive product decisions and enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and supply chain. Required Skills and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in product management , with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven domain expertise in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics platforms. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and scaling product operations. Strong understanding of agile methodologies , product planning tools, and analytics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Experience working with global clients across regions and time zones. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and customer-focused environment. Nice to Have Exposure to B2B SaaS platforms and API-first products. Background in computer science, business, or supply chain management. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
