As an experienced professional with over 7 years of experience, you have the opportunity to work remotely for GRG Health's client on the Kyrios 2.0 project, an AI-driven healthcare platform. Your role will involve leading the engineering team, modernizing the platform, driving AI-driven innovation, designing technical architecture, building and mentoring a high-performance team, collaborating cross-functionally, and operationalizing AI & data strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - **End-to-End Engineering Leadership:** Lead architecture, backend, frontend, DevOps, data engineering, and security functions for Kyrios 2.0. - **Platform Modernization:** Oversee codebase handover, establish CI/CD pipelines, and optimize AWS infrastructure. - **AI-Driven Innovation:** Spearhead the development of GenAI, Agentic AI, and LangChain/LangGraph-based modules. - **Technical Architecture:** Design scalable architectures with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, FastAPI, and React/Next.js. - **Team Building & Mentorship:** Build and retain a high-performance engineering team with a focus on rapid iteration. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product, UX, and data teams to prioritize features. - **AI & Data Strategy:** Operationalize LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven workflows. **Requirements:** **Technical Skills:** - Backend: FastAPI, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS. - Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux/Context, TailwindCSS. - AI/ML: LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Pinecone/FAISS, Agentic AI frameworks. - DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, scalable cloud infrastructure. - Data Engineering: Data pipelines, feature stores, MLOps for AI models. **Leadership & Soft Skills:** - 7-12 years in product engineering, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or community platforms. - Strong problem-solving, communication, mentorship skills. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver on tight timelines. **Nice-to-Have:** - Experience with healthcare/edtech platforms or market research tools. - Exposure to multi-modal AI, fine-tuning LLMs, or autonomous agent systems.
