Head of Inside Sales / Business Development

As an Inside Sales Head at lessburn, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion and growth of the company. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the sales function at the Chennai location, building a high-performing team from scratch. Your experience in closing international deals will be invaluable as you develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify the company's presence in the market. Your key responsibilities will include leading, managing, and motivating the sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team objectives. You will be tasked with identifying and penetrating new market segments worldwide, analyzing sales data to optimize performance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Communication of sales strategies, goals, and performance updates to the team and other stakeholders will be essential. To excel in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of experience in international B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years selling into the international market, preferably in the IT/ITES sector. Your strong sales spirit, hands-on experience in list building, outreaching, appointments booking, and managing the full sales cycle will be critical. Experience in building or refining sales workflows, KPIs, and CRM reporting dashboards will also be beneficial.
