As the Director of the Pune-based Functions Digital Channels team, your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the Java-based application estate while leading a strategic replatforming initiative using Gen AI and AI technologies. Your responsibilities include: - Estate Management: Oversee and optimize the existing Java-based application estate for stability, scalability, and performance. - AI-Driven Replatforming: Lead the transformation of legacy platforms using Gen AI and AI technologies to achieve a more efficient and simplified architecture. - Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the Pune strategy in alignment with global Functions Digital Channels objectives. - Talent & Culture: Build and nurture a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global product owners, engineering leads, and transformation partners to ensure delivery excellence and strategic alignment.
