Your Job

You’ll own the entire growth machine in India. If it takes WhatsApp group raids, LinkedIn roasting, meme campaigns, creator collabs, referral codes, or a stunt that gets us trending — you make it happen.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build & execute a 90-day blitz to get

  10,000+ real reviews from Indian creators & TMs

  .
• Plug into Indian creator & TM networks (WhatsApp groups, Discords, LinkedIn DMs, agency backchannels).
• Launch viral content campaigns that make people want to spill the tea.
• Strike partnerships with major Indian agencies & creator collectives to bulk-drop reviews.
• Design incentives, competitions, giveaways, and referral loops relevant to the Indian market.
• Track review counts daily and double down on what’s working.

You Are

• An execution machine — shipping daily, not weekly.
• Deep inside India’s creator/IM circles (or can get inside fast).
• Unafraid to push buttons and test outrageous ideas.
• Fluent in attention-hacking across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, YouTube, Reddit India.
• Comfortable working directly with a founder who moves fast.

KPIs

• 10,000+ reviews in 3 months (India market only).
• Consistent daily/weekly growth in Indian contributors.
• Viral share of voice in India’s creator economy circles.
