Head of FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning

  :

Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning (3-5 years)Develop rolling forecastAlign financial plans with business strategyModel growth. Cost, and investment scenarios

• Financial Analysis & performance management

  :

Analyze actual vs budget variances Identify key drivers of revenue, margin and cost Track KPIs and financial performance

• Decision support and Business partnering

  :

Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and department heads Support decisions on (a) Pricing and revenue optimization (b) Cost management and efficiency (c) New products, markets, or expansions

• Management Reporting

  :

Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and board materials Ensure consistency and clarity of financial narratives

• Cross Functional Collaboration

  :

Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and IT Ensure financial alignment across departments Challenge assumptions and improve financial discipline

Required Skills & Competencies

• Ability and experience of managing a team of accountants
• High proficiency in MS Excel, SAP and other MS office tools.
• Eye for detail and thoroughness in checking the numbers and data.
• Expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports for senior management/ Board.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and auditors.
• Excellent knowledge of local taxation and regulations
