As the Head of Engineering at KonProz GPT, you will play a crucial role in leading our engineering team to drive technical innovation and ensure the successful development and deployment of advanced AI systems for our platform. With your deep technical background in AI/ML and Generative AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our cutting-edge technology. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of engineers focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, overseeing the design and development process, and ensuring that engineering practices meet the highest standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical aspects with business goals will be essential, along with staying updated on AI/ML trends and best practices to incorporate into our platform. In addition to your managerial duties, you will also contribute hands-on coding when necessary, mentor the engineering team, and lead them in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our product meets legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, with a deep understanding of these sectors. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and related technologies, along with proven experience in managing engineering teams while remaining technically involved. Proficiency in Python is a must, and familiarity with Java, Go, and R is preferred. Strong understanding of frontend technologies, backend technologies, authentication systems, and cloud technologies like AWS and Firestore is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is necessary, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
