As the Head of Engineering at KonProz GPT, you will play a crucial role in leading our engineering team to drive technical innovation and ensure the successful development and deployment of advanced AI systems for our cutting-edge platform. Your deep technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our technology. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of engineers focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for the KonProz GPT platform, ensuring that engineering practices meet the highest standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals will be essential. Staying current with AI/ML trends and incorporating best practices into the platform will be a part of your role. Your hands-on coding contributions and mentorship to the engineering team will be crucial in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Your expertise in ensuring the product meets legal, tax, and regulatory requirements will be valuable, given your in-depth knowledge of these sectors. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and related technologies. Proven experience in managing engineering teams while also being technically involved is required. Proficiency in Python is a must-have, and familiarity with Java, Go, and R is preferred. A strong understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Next.js, and experience with backend technologies like Node.js is essential. Knowledge of authentication systems like Auth0 and experience with server and database technologies, especially AWS and Firestore, is required. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and deployment practices. Good knowledge of the legal, tax, and regulatory sectors in India is important. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Your problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.,
