We are seeking an experienced Deputy CTO to lead our technology vision and strategy

within the IT Services domain. This executive role is pivotal in driving innovation, technology

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's overall technology roadmap in alignment with

business objectives and client needs.

Lead solution architecture, engineering, and service delivery for enterprise-scale client

engagements across cloud, digital, and managed service offerings.

Partner with executive leadership to define technology strategy for new business

opportunities, innovation, and go-to-market initiatives.

Oversee multi-disciplinary technical teams, ensuring consistent delivery excellence,

quality, and operational efficiency.

Drive cloud transformation, DevOps adoption, cybersecurity, and automation initiatives to

enhance client value and competitive advantage.

Support the business development team during pre-sales, RFPs, and client discussions

with strong technical presentations and solution insights.

Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, architecture governance, and

IT security compliance.

Build and manage strategic alliances with key technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS,

and Google Cloud.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration across technology

and delivery functions.

Represent the company as a technology thought leader in client forums, industry events,

and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

15+ years of progressive experience in IT services or consulting, with at least 5 years in a

senior technology leadership role.

Proven track record in enterprise solution delivery, digital transformation, and cloud

modernization programs.

Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, cybersecurity, and data

engineering.

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale delivery teams and multi-client

technology environments.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global

delivery mindset.

Experience in managing distributed delivery centers and offshore teams.

Strong understanding of IT governance, service management, and technology compliance

frameworks.
