Head of Early & Primary Years

Role Overview: As the Head of Early & Primary Years (Product Owner Pre-Nursery to Grade 5) at Orchids International Schools, your role is crucial in owning and driving the Pre-Primary and Primary school programs across 90+ branches. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional learning experience from Pre-Nursery to Grade 5 by aligning curriculum implementation, infrastructure, retention strategies, teacher enablement, and stakeholder delight. Your focus lies in transforming vision into reality and executing great plans in classrooms through strategic oversight and collaboration with school coordinators and principals. Key Responsibilities: - Academic Implementation - Ensure effective curriculum delivery for Early Years and Primary subjects. - Lead teacher training, classroom observations, and interventions based on feedback. - Tailor planning and improve teacher practices with inputs from coordinators and principals. - Infrastructure & Learning Environment - Spearhead infrastructure upgrades across classrooms, libraries, sports zones, and more. - Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to SOPs. - Collaborate with zonal heads to close infrastructure gaps. - Admissions & Marketing Enablement - Strengthen academic storytelling and parent engagement during admission cycles. - Collaborate with marketing teams to drive conversions and build trust. - Retention & Dropout Prevention - Identify early exit patterns and develop retention plans. - Lead school-based events and interventions to improve satisfaction. - Support at-risk learners through personalized programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with various teams to drive last-mile delivery. - Act as a thought partner to school leaders for academic success.
