HEAD OF DESIGN

Role Overview: As the Head of Design, your primary responsibility is to define and execute the creative vision across all design functions. You will lead a team of designers, motion graphic artists, and illustrators to ensure that all visual outputs are in line with the brand's identity and strategic goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design leadership role within an advertising agency. - Proven expertise in creative direction, brand positioning, and team leadership. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.,
