Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Department AI & ML at KGiSL Institute of Technology, based in Coimbatore. The Head of Department AI & ML will be responsible for overseeing the AI and ML department, developing and delivering advanced curriculum, conducting research, and mentoring faculty and students. The role also involves collaborating with industry partners, securing research grants, and contributing to the overall development of the institution's AI & ML strategies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Computer Science and Data ScienceProficiency in Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer VisionExperience in curriculum development and academic leadershipExcellent research and publication recordOutstanding communication and mentorship skillsAbility to work collaboratively with industry and secure research fundingDoctorate in AI, ML, or related fields is preferred
