Your primary tasks will include: Key Responsibilities: - Crafting and implementing a well-thought-out content strategy to guide content creation and distribution efforts effectively. - Ensuring all written content is well-researched, accurate, and engaging while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards. - Directing the webpage team to create and optimize website content in alignment with SEO best practices. - Overseeing high-quality translation and localization of content for global audiences. - Collaborating with other Creative and Publishing Hub Sub-functions, as well as Marketing Business Partners, to align content with overall business objectives. - Staying updated with content trends and digital media innovations to introduce new content formats and approaches. - Establishing content Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking performance metrics to analyze content effectiveness and audience engagement. - Leading and mentoring a team of Website and Content experts, as well as Content coordinators, to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
