We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn, understands how to position a leader's voice, and knows what kind of content actually builds trust, not just reach. Role Overview You will lead our content strategy and execution team, specifically focused on LinkedIn thought leadership for senior professionals. From strategic messaging to writing compelling posts and refining client voices, you’ll be the brain behind the words — and the bridge between strategy and storytelling. What You’ll Own -End-to-end content ideation and execution for CXOs and founders -Develop LinkedIn content calendars and strategic direction per client -Write, edit and review high-quality posts, narratives, and articles that reflect thought leadership -Translate complex leadership journeys and viewpoints into relatable content -Conduct regular alignment calls with clients to capture voice, tone, and strategic direction -Mentor junior writers and oversee content quality -Keep pace with evolving LinkedIn trends, formats, and best practices Must-Haves ✔️5+ years of hands-on writing experience, preferably for senior leaders or founders ✔️Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn thought leadership content ✔️Ability to think strategically and write with clarity, structure, and voice alignment ✔️Strong editorial judgment and attention to nuance in tone and messaging ✔️Experience with stakeholder management and fast-paced client communication ✔️Ownership mindset: proactive, deadline-oriented, and quality-obsessed Bonus Points Experience in personal branding or working with leadership/executive communication A portfolio that shows versatility in writing for diverse industries or leadership styles Why This Role Matters This isn’t just another content role.
