Job Title: Head of AI & Product Innovation

Job Summary:

Lead the development and execution of Channel Fusion's AI roadmap with a relentless focus on speed-to-market, measurable business impact, and innovation at scale. This role blends strategy, rapid execution, and cross-functional influence to deliver AI-driven solutions that transform internal operations and client-facing platforms. You will operate in an ambitious, performance-driven environment, balancing bold experimentation with a laser focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and Drive the AI Strategy. Create, maintain, and accelerate an AI use-case portfolio designed for competitive advantage and market differentiation.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Discovery. Engage with executives, product owners, client services, and operations to uncover high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate Business Needs into Scalable Solutions. Design for automation, interoperability, and adaptability to support rapid expansion.
• Lead Agile Execution. Build and direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver MVPs, iterate quickly, and push for deployment ahead of market timelines.
• Champion a Culture of Experimentation. Pilot emerging AI/LLM technologies, measure impact aggressively, and pivot quickly based on learnings.
• Report with Impact. Deliver clear, concise progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team, highlighting ROI, efficiency gains, and growth outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:

• 5 + Years in product leadership, technical program management, or AI/ML solution delivery.
• Strong grasp of GPT/LLM technologies, workflow automation, and applied AI in a business context .
• Proven success in scaling digital platforms or SaaS solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in high-change, high-growth environments.
