Job Title: Nursing Head / Head of Nursing Services

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:
Oversee all nursing departments and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Staff Supervision:
Manage, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff; plan duty rosters and staffing levels.
Clinical Quality Assurance:
Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical safety, and nursing protocols.
Policy Implementation:
Develop, update, and enforce nursing policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and organise ongoing training, CME programs, and competency checks.
Patient Experience:
Monitor patient feedback and ensure service excellence across all nursing units.
Coordination:
Collaborate with medical, operations, and administrative teams for seamless care delivery.
Audit & Compliance:
Oversee NABH/JCI standards, conduct internal audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Inventory & Budgeting:
Monitor nursing supplies, equipment, and prepare departmental budgets.
Crisis & Emergency Management:
Lead response for emergencies, critical cases, and staffing challenges.
