Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Head - Module Sales

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.
Identify emerging markets and trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery.
Coordinate with the finance team for pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of the solar industry and module sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Leadership and team management experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Extensive experience in sales within the renewable energy sector, specifically in solar modules.
