You will be joining a reputed School in Gurgaon as a Head Mistress Pre-Primary. Your role will involve creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. It is essential to have a deep understanding of early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and excellent communication skills to promote a love for learning in students. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans to support cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will be tasked with creating a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring that children feel safe and encouraged to learn. Utilizing interactive and creative teaching methods such as storytelling, role-playing, music, and art will be vital. Additionally, you will be responsible for the safety and well-being of all children under your care and will collaborate with other teachers and school staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Staying updated on modern teaching methodologies and child psychology trends is also expected. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience in early childhood education is required, along with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role in a pre-primary setting.
